I got tested positive for Covid and it’s been 3 days and NO ONE from public health or #dpcdsb called me to get more details about my school contacts. I guess Covid can spread in my school. Got to love the added protection. @Sflecce @fordnation @celliottability @Travisdhanraj

It’s Thursday, and 18 out of my 32 students (I got more over Christmas break) have limited or no internet at home. It’s kind of hard to teach. Where is the equity? Some got paper packages and some get synchronous learning with my assistance! #onted

Did you know that #DPCDSB staff at the board office can work from home but exposed teachers cannot! What hypocrites. They sit in cubicles all day and they think that’s dangerous! My school is missing 3 teachers. They should come down from their high horse and fill the positions!

It’s so busy I don’t even have time to tweet! ICT @ #DPCDSB is completely useless with set up of new technology. I’m told to DIY by watching videos! I guess I’ll take another few hours from my family time and my sleep! #dpcdsb you need to fix this mess

Dear #Ontario students. Today’s lesson is about “estimating” numbers. We will use @Sflecce & @fordnation math. Remember, don’t use real data and under estimate by at least a 1000. E.g, 2019 #covid cases = 1019 using the new conservative math. #OntEdReality #onted #math

I have an “extra layer of protection” according to @Sflecce. As a result, I & my 27 students don’t need to follow lockdown rules as we are safe and can’t get #Covid! Lockdown is for everyone except for Ontario #teachers, #students & their #families! #onted #OntEdReality

This week I am going to teach my grade 7/8 students how to research and create a comparison chart on @Sflecce true vs false statements. Final task will include students making graphical summary visualization of what they’ve learned. Cause why not? #onted #OntEdReality

Elementary students take their masks off quite often during school hours. We know the virus is airborne, so NO ONE is safe! I’m definitely not safe in a class of 27! #OntEdReality @Sflecce @celliottability

Great start to my day. The 6 year old chromebook given to me lags once connected to the projector. Hybrid students can’t hear me properly due to the delay! Plugging in the portable camera makes my #dpcdsb system crash each time! What a joke #onted

I am starting my fourth new assignment this year. I also had to move at lunch from one school to another! I have 27 students with 2 online @Sflecce. I and kids are NOT safe! #COVID19 #onted

Does #DPCDSB leadership care about its staff? So many teachers are thrown under the bus. We are just pawns. It’s no wonder so many of us are going on leave!

I was told by my admin that I am not allowed to incorporate wiki as part of my teaching! I wonder if it's ONLY my admin that forbids.

Why do teachers complain teaching 26 students in the primary division? I would take 26 students any day over 20 kids in a split! WHINERS

Reorganization day was hell today! Every teacher in the school had to relocate to a new class. Why is this happening every year?

Those 'incompetent' educators are placed in straight classes. What's the moral of the story? Keep fucking up and get rewarded!

It's amazing that teachers who are unable to properly teach don't ever get combined grades!
