👇👇👇 This part right here. @ExamSoft has demonstrated that it cannot be trusted to operate in good faith and address reasonable concerns our advocates have brought to bar exam authorities in the past year.

Imagine having had nearly a year to address tech concerns that were raised during past bar administrations and willfully choosing against actually doing so. That’s corporate ethics for you, amirite @ExamSoft?

Reminder that the head of @NCBEX never sat for a #BarExam because she was admitted to practice through Diploma Privilege. Something she actively tries to deny other future lawyers. Our profession can be hypocritical and downright shameful at times. #AbolishTheBar 📚 ⚖️ – at San Francisco, CA

It’s remarkable how many new lawyers’ response to passing the bar exam is to advocate for abolishing the bar exam.
This generation is going to transform the profession for the better – at Delaware, USA
Replying to @OctaviaViento
I have a couple of things to say:
1. Donate to the @BlackBarAppFund to help more Black bar applicants have a shot at passing
2. ABOLISH THE DAMN BAR EXAM!! It really doesn’t test competency and creates a huge barrier for everyone especially Black people and people of color!
