The Southland Conf is a GRIND.
Every possession matters. Every road trip is tough. Every game feels like March.
To be 1 of 8 teams advancing to the tournament in a league with 12 really good teams is something to be proud of. This group has fought for it all season long. 😈🤟🏽🏀

We’ll see y’all in Lake Charles for the 2026 Air Force Reserve Southland Men’s Basketball Championship presented by Louisiana Office of Tourism!
this is special right there🤞🏽
NO ONE PLAYS HARDER THAN THEM.
The winningest duo in Texas high school basketball history concludes their high school careers with a third State Championship appearance — and a second State Championship title — following a convincing victory over four-star Baylor commit Elijah Williams and TMI Episcopal, led by Head Coach Monty Williams.
Tonight marked the final high school game for my sons, and fittingly, they finished their careers as State Champions.
Our family is deeply grateful to Head Coach Ahmad Ajami for believing in them and for fostering an environment that allowed them to grow, develop, and excel both on and off the court.
Three State Championship appearances.
Two State Championship titles.
Countless accolades — all earned while playing the game the right way: with selflessness, discipline, and a commitment to team success.
We are beyond proud and truly grateful. Congratulations, boys.
Tomorrow, the work continues as they begin preparing for the next chapter — college basketball.📈📈

We don’t talk about accolades in our program because these four young men are so unselfish.
The ULTIMATE LEADERS!
NOT REPLACEABLE.
Cherishing every moment with them!

Championship habits always stay the same regardless of results.
Win a game, the next day you come in a little earlier and continue the work, regardless of results the habits and work stay the same.
The habits create the results, not the scoreboard or outside noise.
