Showing a result with Fs or Ds shows the man tried in life. Being so terrible at education but still becoming a governor, it makes people get inspired to get the Nigerian dream, where no matter who you are, provided you dream big, you'll achieve it.
Who ever currency is stronger and stronger passport is called expatriate, and those from poor devalued currency and weak passport are called immigrants.
