As parents, it's our jobs to provide for our children the things that every child needs. Here's a way you can pray daily for more than just their physical needs but also their spiritual needs:
How to Pray for Your Children:
1. Clothes – Armor of God – Eph. 6:10-18
2. Food – Bread of life – Jn. 6:35
3. Shelter – Dwell in the presence of God – Ps. 27:4
Forgiveness removes sin, but it does not remove boundaries or negate consequences. -@Jeff_Iorg
The church should not resort to the civil power to carry on its work. - The Baptist Faith & Message, Article XVII
I think the hundreds of people burned at the stake for their Christian beliefs during this "Christian" era of the UK would beg to differ with your assessment.
England has been formally Christian for over a thousand years. During that time, it has been the site and spark for numerous reformations and global revivals, and is responsible for ending the global slave trade and launching the modern missions movement. It's present situation is dire and tragic, but a millennium of Christian civilization ain't a bad run.
Meanwhile, Bart Barber's preferred socio-political arrangement of a "neutral" public square has been in existence for around 70 years in America. In that short time, it has given us the abortion holocaust, widespread public sexual degeneracy, and transing the kids.
There may be useful comparisons to be drawn from such comparisons, but the notion that Christian establishment is "bad" is clearly not one of them.
“Biblical truth is not culturally bound, it’s culturally expressed.” -@Jeff_Iorg on his Lead On podcast this week. Great wisdom for some difficult conversations that take place in this day and age.

The hoax narrative continues to lose credibility with every exposed case.
Unfortunately you will see more of this darkness brought to light.
I am thankful for the systems established to make reporting easier and for the excellent prevention resources.

It's a sad day when the sitting SBC President has emboldened many by his stance on a "hoax" of an abuse crisis, when thousands of lives have been destroyed in a network of autonomous churches that cooperate together for missions but not to protect people from abusive leaders.

Matthew 10:24-25: Anyone who genuinely follows Jesus, looking and living like Him, will at some point stand in opposition to the abuse of spiritual authority. This teaching of Jesus in Matthew’s gospel helps us understand the response of those who are trying to use God’s name in
line up with that of Christ, they have convinced themselves that they are serving him, which ultimately should also serve them.
