I started grooming this year @StoweMtResort and was trained by one of the best, Steve Otterman, a 40 year veteran. They say it takes 5 years to master not only the equipment but to see all the varying snow conditions and know how to make adjustments to your machine. #skills
As a first year groomer @StoweMtResort making perfect corduroy is an art that takes years to perfect. Learning from the best helps but only time in the seat makes good cord we all love. @PistenBullyUSA
