@O2 @LutzSchueler (1/2) I'm having a hard time with your CS. Have had an Apple Watch issue since March. I couldn't buy through you. Had to go elsewhere which I didn't want. Now, it won't connect to network. Desperate to resolve before baby arrives next month for some independence
@O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

An 89 year old woman has revealed how she spends up to 19 hours a day in bed because of cuts to her home care package. Alison used to have four care visits a day, but the final one in the evening was cut, meaning she's put to bed mid afternoon with sleeping medication.

Seen a lot of people dunking on this young woman, but if her take home PAYE was £1,700 she wouldn't have been paying a Plan 2 loan back anyway - or at least not at a high rate. So she has told on herself for no reason.
Quite the aggressive note from my @dhlexpressuk delivery driver, when _THEY_ had last-minute rescheduled my delivery to a day earlier. I’m sure he didn’t know that but still 👀
I just checked and @dhlexpressuk messaged me 90 minutes before attempting delivery with notice that my delivery had been moved a day earlier. I was having brunch outside with my mate not checking my emails, chrissake
