The biggest problem with dating right now isn't a lack of options.
Itโs a total lack of emotional maturity and basic communication.

There is boundless beauty in our culture and traditions.
The pubs that have stood for centuries. Where lifelong friendships were formed and marriages began.
The village fetes. Where our children grow up making the same memories we did. Cake stalls, tombolas and sack races on the green.
Sunday roasts that we enjoy with family.
A civilised nod hello to a fellow dog walker on a country lane.
None of it flashy, none of it needing to be.
Just steady, honest and worth holding onto.
Some things are worth being proud of ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ โ at Yorkshire and The Humber, England
Once a culture is gone, it doesn't come back.
The pubs, the dialect, the village traditions, the slower pace of life, none of it exists by accident, and none of it is guaranteed to still be here in another generation.
It survives because people choose to keep it alive.
Worth remembering, before it's too late ๐ฅฐ

I havenโt slept well at all worrying about little Noah, heโs the same age as my boy I can only imagine what the family must be going through not knowing where he is, please letโs hope heโs found safe and sound.
Itโs been nearly 17 hours after 3-year-old Noah vanished in Brantham, Suffolk, he has still not been found.
Noah, who is autistic, non-verbal and partially deaf, went missing from the playground in Merriam Close at around 3pm on Tuesday after running off down an alleyway towards a new-build estate. He had become separated from a relative.
Police have warned he will not respond to his name being called.
He is described as white with curly ginger hair, last seen wearing a Bluey T-shirt, shorts and Vans trainers with a white stripe.
Temperatures dropped to 10ยฐC overnight as emergency services, dog units, helicopters, and Suffolk Lowland Search & Rescue continued searching. Trains between Manningtree and Ipswich are running at reduced speed.
Residents are urged to check gardens, sheds, outbuildings, and doorbell CCTV.
Designing crochet patterns is easy and fun but very isolating, so time for a change! Transferring skills and swapping yarn for hair! ๐คซ #practicemakesperfect

I can evidence what happened to me. The bigger question is what happened to everyone else. Read the law. Read my article. Then ask yourself: what does this look like to you?

Please don't be greedy with your roses.
Yes, dead-heading forces the plant to bear more flowers.
But do you really need them?
Really? More than the wildlife need those little high-energy packed meals throughout the autumn and winter, when other food is scarce?
If you leave the rose hips to ripen you'll be providing true natural food for our wildlife.
Thrushes, blackbirds and many hungry winter visiting birds eat the fleshy outer part of the hip.
And the seed specialists greenfinches and goldfinches peck directly into the hips to extract the seeds inside.
So please leave those nutritious rose hips on, and allow nature to provide the larder that was always intended, at the time it is needed the most.
As a bonus, it will do your roses good, too.
Letting hips form signals the rose bush that the growing season is ending, prompting it to redirect energy into root strength and winter hardening, instead of weak new shoots.
And this simple biological concept applies broadly to almost all perennial garden plants.
So please leave the pruning of your rose bush to late winter/early spring (February/March), once the birds have eaten the hips and the plant is still dormant.
And if there are any ripened rose hips left then, take them to your nearest woods and give the deer a rare, nutritious treat.๐
Science has finally uncovered the real reason beekeepers tend to outlive the rest of us, and it has nothing to do with the honey.
Researchers have discovered that the specific acoustic frequencies emitted by bees in flight physically interact with the human body to promote profound cellular healing.
Every time a bee buzzes, it generates a micro-vibration that resonates directly through human tissue. For beekeepers surrounded by thousands of bees on a daily basis, this constant exposure creates a compounding therapeutic effect.
This natural acoustic therapy essentially acts as an invisible tuning fork for the body, lowering biological stress markers and accelerating the repair of damaged cells.
The collective hum of the hive is far more than just background noise in a garden. It is a powerful, life-extending resonance that physically tunes the human body for longevity and keeps these caretakers thriving well into old age.
