@bmmpr car alarm. Stay far away. Incredibly bad customer service, personally mishandled by the owner of the company.
Bmmpr may work while your car is parked in a quiet, secure garage. If your car is ever on the street, it will ping whenever a motorcycle or sports car goes by.
@bmmpr Then: nothing. No refund, replacement or communication from Marko, the company's owner. As you can see in other reviews, his manner with customers is consistently ineffective, condescending and indignant. Having invested money and time into bmmpr, I'm cutting my losses.
@bmmpr Marko: hire a professional customer service manager. Listen to your customers' product ideas and learn from their problems with your company.
Long story, abbreviated, but here's the bottom line: there is no opportunity for you to improve your car's security with bmmpr.
