So @Muse (by Meta!) can see that my fb ads account does in fact exist, and that it's denominated in USD. But can't see inside of it or do anything with it. But my 3rd party agents can run it 100% autonomously. To call this a feature request is underselling the urgency that Meta should have to make this happen. Feature requirement.
If you wonder how most of the USA would be doing after 60 days with no electrical grid, you can just watch any Robert Eggers film
Key person risk, clients leaving, and automating trust away are all worse than brutal. The mindset should be to supercharge those KPs so they have more time to nurture clients and focus on trust by automating every single thing they do except real calls and face time.
Must fix processes first so you don’t scale chaos.
If you can show those business owners how they can do this than they’ll want to stay another 10 years and they’ll pay you only slightly less than what you could’ve profited but with zero risk and no massive roll-up loan payment (because Greg’s margin estimates are way overstated).
Win-win.
I have 25 invites for instinct for anyone who'd like to try it. It's pretty impressive depending on how much context you want to share with it.
I guess that goes for pretty much everything atm though

New essay in @WSJ today
Bitcoin is freedom money ✌️

Love @every and their work so much, and I'm so glad @kieranklaassen and the team have finally realized it really is just about folders and files. I have dozens of agents who all work and talk to each other in Slack, but I only talk to one orchestrator, and it all lives in one local folder. /hey and /orchestrate are great (my version of /hey is /whatup), but next you should make a really solid /sweetdreams and watch your whole system get better every time you clear and close.
Not exaggerating when I say reading this piece changed the way I think about agents and is the reason I am fanatical about folder architecture now. A certified @every banger by @kieranklaassen every.to/source-code/the-fol…
Happy Quadrennial Lifetime Buying Opportunity Days to all who celebrate
200 week moving average overlayed with the BTC Power Law
These are the two most important bottom signals/ price floors in Bitcoin history.
Whenever they cross, we tend to find a bottom.
I think there is a bit of mystical/adoption floor mechanisms going on here.
Regardless, it's a sort of "price of no return" which serves as a fantastic entry, and a place where real money can be made.
Watch for much more of this to come. I recommend getting over whatever it is that’s keeping you from coming up with an open weight open source plan for your business and life.
OpenAI is proposing to remove access to its models in Cursor on November 12.
OpenAI, Cursor CEO, and Anthropic founder all weighed in on X with so much subtly, I had to go Nancy Drew mode and dissect each tweet.
My translation of each one 👇
OpenAI - they trust the Cursor team, they don’t trust SpaceX, it’s a “proposal” so maybe this public tweet is a way to gain leverage in the negotiation (note that it came from the company account on a Friday night)
Cursor - seems surprised about the OpenAI tweet, sounds like they want to fight it, goes out of their way to say OpenAI is a small percent of traffic, calls into question their neutrality (though I don’t think the labs call themselves neutral) (and note it came from the CEO, not the company account)
Anthropic - reaffirms the trust in Cursor and reminds us that it’s been years of trust, highlights they’re providing more of the most constrained carrot (compute), takes positive spin on the acquisition by SpaceX (note that it came from founder Tom who we don’t hear from often and not Anthropic account, and note that Cursor CEO reshared)
Do I think it’ll hold? It’s hard for me to see a world where OpenAI continues to provide model access to a Musk-led company. Maybe if the structure of SpaceX shifts to allow for it, but that’s a big shift.
Do I think Anthropic got a big PR boost? No, devs are focused on the loss of O, not the maintenance of partnership with A. They care about their own work.
What’s the theme here? TRUST. How long has the trust been there, who holds the relationship, what hurt it, how to keep it. At the end of the day, all of these companies are led by people.

Today, Bitcoin Policy Institute and a broad coalition from across the digital-asset ecosystem are publishing an open letter calling on the world’s leading AI labs to provide qualified open-source defenders with trusted access to frontier AI models.
The past several weeks have made the need for this abundantly clear. The people defending digital-asset infrastructure and open-source software need access to the latest AI capabilities to perform comprehensive security reviews and stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated adversaries.
The coalition includes open-source development organizations, major custodians, treasury companies, payment services, security firms, capital allocators, and others whose businesses and customers depend on the integrity of open-source infrastructure and libraries.
Open-source defenders often occupy the least privileged position in the AI security landscape. They have limited access to the strongest internal cyber models and are frequently blocked by guardrails when using publicly available frontier systems for legitimate security research. As a result, they often resort to less capable open-weight alternatives.
We are urging frontier AI labs to establish a clear, trusted pathway for qualified open-source and digital asset defenders to access their strongest capabilities, with sufficient compute and secure environments to conduct meaningful security reviews. Frontier AI could become one of the most powerful defensive technologies ever developed, but only if defenders get fair access to those systems.
It’s time to give defenders the tools they deserve.

Just woke up to this Coldcard shitshow. It's unbelievable.
The people affected by this have done everything right - studied Bitcoin, took the right precautions, separated their money from the state, invested in a hardware wallet & now wake up to the reality that their life savings have gone.
That's just sickening. I feel really sorry for those affected.
This is also another win for 'Big Bitcoin'.
This is a story that'll be referred to for multiple cycles. New Bitcoiners will hear stories of lost funds from the likes of Ledger & Coldcard and think "I'm safer to just buy IBIT".
This is hugely damaging to the people who believe that 8 billion people will hold their Bitcoin in cold storage in the future.
That dream is over. Done.
Will Coldcard be reimbursing the stolen funds to the victims of the theft?
An apology & online statements ain't going to cut it.
