@HalifaxBank I've been trying to make an Emergency claim for a my senior mother. Despite a fully paid policy and confirmation of said cover Allianz say they cannot proceed as you have not updated the system. I am now speaking with my third Halifax agent whilst we have a leak.

Shameful day for @TfL Two 38s not wanting to pull into stop correctly at Piccadilly (Waterstones) Buses leaving early and breaking red lights at Finsbury Park Interchange because they don’t want to stop for a lone female passenger.
Self service tills are no replacement for experienced cashiers but judging by the very long queueS it’s clear that @sainsburys have no regard for their Dalston customer’s time.
Dear @Morrisons Stamford Hill. If you are going to get rid of ALL the cashiers make sure the new tills can accommodate your CASH customers. Know your local demographic. 40 persons in Q. Staff are doing their best.
