Does anyone still use this shit? We have a new album. You can buy it here or at all good record shops: upsettherhythm.bigcartel.com…

New radio show today at 3PM on @RTM_fm. In this episode our theme is Winter. We picked songs that remind us of Icicles, Long Johns, Visible Breath and Stew! And yes, that is the world’s greatest waxwork of David Beckham adorning the cover. As questionable as his morals.

Thanks so much to everyone who came and smiled and danced and clapped at us last night. It was very special for us to play again. Huge thanks also to Shake Chain, @theplansouthend, Gut Waxy and Sksie who were all amazing and coped brilliantly with our dodgy sound engineering! x

Yaaaaas! Our first show in almost THREE YEARS(!) is tomorrow! We’re extremely nervous so please come and smile and clap at us. Also playing are amazing SHAKE CHAIN, @theplansouthend, GUT WAXY and SKSIE! At the @TheJobCentrePub in Deptford. Bands start 7:30pm.

If you happened to catch the radio show yesterday you will have noticed we mentioned a gig but the details were obscured by a jingle… it’s next Friday 25th November at @TheJobCentrePub Deptford. It’s FREEEE!

Our next CDRs Won’t Last radio show is coming up on @RTM_fm at 3pm today. In this episode we join forces again to play songs that snack are like, or like, or something. It’s called Songs That Snacks Like.

We’ve pulled together a pretty ace lineup for our first gig in well over two years on 25th November! We’re chuffed to be playing with Shake Chain, @theplansouthend, Gut Waxy and Sksie! At our birthplace building which is now @TheJobCentrePub

Line-up is gathering pace. Looking exciting! More news on that soon!

We are playing our 1st show for over 2 years at the Job Centre, Deptford on Friday 25th November and it’s FREE. It’s just over 10 years since our 1st gig. We’ll have a few new songs for u (there are more written). Disclaimer: not sure if dogs are allowed. Maybe don’t bring them.

Maybe a gig is happening…

Forgot to tell you about our latest radio show on RTM.FM which was on yesterday… you can probably relisten to it there though, ok? This time we did the show ALL TOGETHER! We chose songs that certain dogs would like. It was called Dogs That Songs Like.

Just so you know… we are still a band lol

Love this lot
