Itโs been a tough few weeks. My 10yo daughter was diagnosed with a very rare, aggressive cancer called interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS). Iโm reaching out to identify clinicians/patients who have encountered pediatric IDCS, indeterminate dendritic cell histiocytosis or other (non-LCH) histiocytic sarcomas cases.
I'm trying to understand non-surgical chemo and targeted therapy options, new pathology markers to better diagnose subtypes/treatments, and any data on progression in pediatric patients. Please feel free to share โ Iโm trying to cast a wide net due to the rarity of this condition and how little is known.
People can contact me directly at my first name (as written in my profile) at octant.bio.

However, the most intriguing acknowledgement is that the USMLE isnโt only investigating Nepal.
In fact, using agreement analysis, theyโve **already found evidence of cheating** in examinees who took the USMLE in Jordan, Pakistan, and India.
Look for the other shoe to drop soon.

ALT Screenshot noting that the NBMEโs analytics unit found that, for the 2021 Step 1 exam and the 2021 and 2022 Step 2 CK exam, there was a substantially higher percentage of examinees with a statistically significant level of agreement matches in the group of examinees who tested at centers in Jordan, Nepal, Pakistan, and India compared to a U.S. reference group.
