You might not have a Teacher of the Year plaque hanging on your wallβmaybe you doβbut the real trophies are the handwritten notes, heartfelt drawings, and little 'thank yous' from your students tucked away in your desk. Those small, personal reminders are the true motivation, fueling your passion and inspiring you to be your very best, every single day. Because in the end, itβs not about the awards; itβs about the lives youβve touched.

When administrators spend time in classrooms, they are reminded how much those teachers have to plan, how much they have to manage, and how unbelievably patient they are.Β
Teachers are the heart and soul of every school.
