@atmghn - I am a huge fan of using this technique with ultrasound guidance to ensure the ventral thecal sac is cleared. We published our iteration of this technique this past year. Once that fragment is tamped forward, you can actually regain some height loss and the VB will heal. youtu.be/UvSBnrvhszU?is=swMC…

Will AI replace healthcare professionals? Here is an AI robot on its first day working in a hospital after finding out that: • the EHR needs 17 clicks to order one test   • the medication list is different in three systems   • interoperability sometimes means making a phone call   • and fax machines are still critical infrastructure   What else? The video is obviously AI-made.

Just about done making the new trophy for our fantasy football league. Just have to add the name plates. Who did it better, Vince Lombardi or me? 🙃

One potential takeaway: non-acute (ie older than a few days) neurological symptoms usually warrant MRI. Insurance often puts up token resistance but will cave almost 100% of the time if you push back. Unanimous professional guidelines supporting what I’m saying help a lot.

I asked gemini "Make this illustration I made of a coronal cross section of the shoulder look like a high quality 3d render." It's not perfect, but nothing a little time in photoshop can't fix (or given a little more instruction to the AI)

Most people over 40 are training for the wrong future. They’re training to look fit. Nothing wrong with that … but my decades in the office have taught me important lessons here. I’d rather train to remain capable. Your fitness should expand your life, not become your life.

So basically what Trump is saying with the $5k bribe, which will cost over $1 trillion, is that he’d rather buy an election, than provide universal pre-K, daycare or start looking at universal healthcare. He cares more about his power than your health or your kids education #maga

I know it doesn't matter anymore. But this is super duper illegal to even say.
Trump: "Only I can make this promise to you: If the Republicans win the House and Senate, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000"
