It’s frustrating when the @ATGTICKETS app crashes & you’re charged but don’t get a confirmation, call & are told they’ll investigate. Only to have tickets go up in price by the time they confirm you didn’t get any tickets. And now I’ll have to pay more to see @Citiesbway 😞

Was at @romymichelesing last night & sadly it got cancelled at the start time. First off I hope everyone is ok! But I wish theatres had better policies in terms of refunds. Not getting a refund but a voucher from @TodayTix & losing out on bar/merch purchases, just makes me sad 😔

Just tough when you live out of state, so you can’t just reschedule. I wish theatre houses had those thoughts in mind we coming up with policies is all.
