🚨 I won’t sugarcoat it: a pretty damn serious threat is looming over the University of Michigan, and it’s barely registering on anyone’s radar. Amir Makled is an attorney in Dearborn, Michigan, and Abdul El-Sayed’s brother in the struggle. He’s running in November for a seat on the University of Michigan Board of Regents. Michigan voters elect the officials who govern the university that receives $1.3 BILLION in federal funding. A seat on their Board of Regents is an 8-year-term. If elected, he would gain significant influence over the entire university and $1.3 BILLION in federal funding. Makled had multiple tweets praising Hezbollah terrorists, as well as praise for Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, which he deleted after being exposed. He appeared on U of M’s campus alongside Hasan Piker, who infamously declared, “It doesn’t matter if f*cking rapes happened on October 7th.” Recently, 8 pro-Hamas students were federally indicted for unleashing a 2 year campaign of violence against Board Regents who supported Israel. The pic on the right is Makled with Alex Sepulveda. Alex was one of the 8 students arrested by the FBI. He threw chemical agents through the windows of Board Regents homes, as well as participated in violent attacks against university officials. Makled has participated in pro-Palestine rallies supporting student protesters, appearing directly alongside Rep. Rashida Tlaib. If he wins this powerful seat, he would serve alongside the very regents who were ATTACKED and marked for death by the “Gang of 8 students” over their refusal to divest from Israel. Drive through rural Michigan and unless a town is on a lake, there is nothing there anymore. No small factories, few if any businesses, what buildings are still standing are in disrepair. Decades of shipping manufacturing overseas has stripped our State of jobs and wealth. Follow that up with 8 years of democrats raising taxes and stealing our tax dollars and you get widespread unemployment and despair. And its why Trump's tariffs are so important. It will bring jobs back home. And its also why we all need to get out and vote Red. We have a State to save.
