These guys talked about NYSERDA for 3 quarters. Nearly a month after getting nothing, still no comment, revised strategy or new plans.
Same with UK C&F.
Same with Puerto Rico.
This is how you lose investor confidence: hype > disappointment > silence, on repeat.
$EOSE
One of my biggest issues with mgmt: quietly dropping terms they used repeatedly in the past - w/o explanation, leaving investors in limbo.
I went through the EC transcripts. Here’s what I found
I don't think this strategy works anymore. Not with this level of credibility
Outbuild. Out Innovate. Overwhelm the Adversary.
The strongest military in the world demands the world’s strongest industrial base – which is why @SBA_Kelly and @SecWar are teaming up to surge capital to small manufacturers who will supercharge U.S. capacity.

$eose @PoweredByEos Dear Mr. Alessandro Lagi — four months in, here is what the market needs to see
EOS built an automated manufacturing company. Automated means fewer people not more. R&D up 46% in Q2. SG&A at $22 million quarterly. Those numbers belong to a different era
The 72-point gross margin roadmap is credible. Twelve months is too long. The Thorn Hill consolidation eliminates Turtle Creek overhead — that was the right call. What else is being cut
You came from Baker Hughes. You drove margin recovery on a $23 billion business. Apply that discipline here. Every line item. Every headcount. Every vendor contract
The market is at $3 because they do not believe this cost structure ever supports profitability. Q3 earnings is your first real opportunity to show them something different
The automated factory should not require more people as it scales. It should require fewer. If that is not happening something is wrong
You’re building a plastic tub of slat water on a 2nd generation vastly improved automated line. You should be printing money and if your not figure out why overnight and get it done
CUT THE FAT!
$EOSE — a genuine question for management
You have a Baker Hughes CFO. A Jabil operations legend. A former US Ambassador on your board. A Cerberus-backed $1B project finance platform. A Google partnership. A Department of War contract. The only domestic non-flammable long duration battery manufacturer in America. 91% domestic content. A product that can go where lithium cannot
And yet the stock is at $3
How is it possible that an entire retail investor community sees what you have built — sees the manufacturing inflection, the defense tailwinds, the data center opportunity, the FORTRESS America mandate — and your response is quarterly earnings calls and IR boilerplate?
Do you have any intention of succeeding and telling this story?
Because right now 120 million shares are short against you. They are betting you never will. And frankly the silence is making it easy for them
@PoweredByEos
@PoweredByEos The GE silent playbook does not work here
GE was a $500B institution with 130 years of brand equity. Nobody shorted GE into oblivion because management went quiet for a quarter
This is a public company with 120 million shares short and retail investors who have done more primary source research than most analysts covering the stock. They found the NYSERDA project summaries. They tracked import records. They photographed staged inventory. They read every word of every white paper
And the response is IR boilerplate
Look at what Jensen does. What Karp does. They talk. They explain. They bring the market inside the story. Their retail bases became armies because they were treated like adults
The story here is genuinely compelling. FORTRESS America. Google. Department of War. Thorn Hill. Indensity. DawnOS. 91% domestic content. The only product that satisfies every military resilience requirement simultaneously
It’s about time you started to speak again not because you need to raise money but because you owe it to the faithful
Why does scum always appear when things go bad? I’ll tell you why because scum has a miserable existence and enjoys when it has company
$EOSE since inception, Cerberus’ modus operandi was to forcefully position Eos to win NYSERDA-like deals. They failed. Cerberus’ lockup expires 12/21/26. I strongly believe they will exit. Violently. Eos stock trades back under $1 with no prospects for backlog/pipeline conversion or margin improvement. Then comes the 10:1 reverse split. Back to square 1. Full circle, round trip. No pun intended.
