If you were to tell me 20 years ago, our Hall of Fame starting center would be interviewing Tom Cruise on his podcast….

Tom Cruise reveals he never reads scripts himself, he has the writers read them to him out loud "What I do with directors and writers is I don't read the scripts, I have them read it to me.” “Because I don't want my ideas to invade it yet. I want to understand what is their communication, they've been working on it, they have things that are just there. So they come to me and I just sit there and I'm like, I want you to read it to me" "And then we get to a place where I start to understand, and I'm like, I know how to contribute to that now. It sparks ideas. I have certain ideas, certain things I'd like to play with, and then I don't necessarily talk about it, I just do it.”

A visual masterpiece where sound and choreography become one Choreographer Damien Jalet created this stunning piece for GENER8ION's Storm II music video featuring Yung Lean. Set in a dystopian all-boys school, the controlled chaos and raw movement are hypnotic and unforgettable

This is the flowchart of how slack decides to send a notification. It is an excellent example of why a simple feature may take much longer. This might also explain why people don’t get notifications or clear the red dots sometimes. Img source: slack eng blog

This absolutely broke my brain A new episode of the Joe Rogan Show just dropped *but it’s generated by AI* And he interviews Steve Jobs about his early life It’s pitch perfect and could easily pass as real AI is coming for podcasts apparently share.transistor.fm/s/22f16c…
