It's been nearly 2 weeks and @Smashburger contact us with issues has failed to contact me. I guess they only address compliments not complaints
Stayed at the Galt In Louisville and ordered Black Bean burger for delivery. It never came. After failed attempts to figure out what happened, finally spoke with manager who said I'd could come in and they would redo order
After walking to pick up my order, I received the above burger with lettuce, tomato and avocado. The only thing they got right was the bun and black bean patty. This was a trashburger.
I won't even talk about the marginal fries that I received. #Trashburger
