Was recruited by @ValpoU to serve on a Women in Leadership Advisory Committee. Listened to a 'sales pitch' for 15 minutes. When I was permitted to speak I mentioned being an adjunct at @IUPUI. After hearing this @ValpoU said I wasn't qualified & ended the meeting. #Disrespect

Oh @ATTHelp you should know that Jasmine #JN911J has placed me on a 30-minute hold. Is this how you train your CSRs? Just put frustrated customers on a terminal hold? WOW How professional.

And @ATTHelp when I asked to speak with her supervisor Jasmine #JN911J said she is the highest-ranking person. I asked for a supervisor again and she has not put me on hold and left me. I've been on the phone for an hour with your CSRs. This is the worst.
