This week it was announced that legislation allowing nightclubs to stay open until 6am will be ready by Summer 2024.
However, this legislation change was already promised by the government in September 2022 with Summer 2023 mentioned as when it would be enforced.
Why hasn’t that happened yet and what are the benefits when it does?
