django SHOP

django-SHOP version 1.2 has been released. It now fully supports Django-3.0 and the most recent versions of django-CMS and djangocms-cascade. For full-text search, Haystack has been replaced against elasticsearch-dsl in order to support the most recent versions of Elasticsearch.

Version 1.1 of django-SHOP has been released. It now supports up to Django-2.2 (LTS).

Release 1.1 delay is caused by a weird problem in Travis-CI. While unit tests of django-SHOP release 1.1 with Django-2.2 succeed smoothly on my local machine, I'm unable to run them here: travis-ci.org/awesto/django-… Any idea? Can you please test them locally.

Django-SHOP pypi.org/project/django-shop… version 1.0 has been released. Start a new project using this Cookiecutter github.com/awesto/cookiecutt… template.

djangocms-cascade-0.17 (pypi.org/project/djangocms-c…) has been released today. It finally supports Bootstrap-4.

If you are wondering, why there is no new release of django-SHOP, here is the reason: plus.google.com/+JacobRief/p… . So please add your two cents on Google+, it might speed things up.

It now is possible to jump-start projects based on django-SHOP using this Cookiecutter: github.com/awesto/cookiecutt… . Would be great to get some feedback from other developers building a demo django-SHOP by using these templates.

Great news from django-CMS: It's on the way to support Django-1.11 and so will django-SHOP as soon as available.
