Today, the 'low oil' light appeared on my way to fetch my kids from school. The car was losing power, so I decided to go the nearest garage (Total Garage in Ramsgate). Once the oil was replaced, I was unable to move the car because the gears weren't catching. I explained to the attendants that we were new to the area with no one to assist me with fetching my kids, which had to be done immediately. This amazing petrol attendant, Clement, without any thought, asked me if I could drive a manual. Before I knew it, he parked his car next to me with the keys in the ignition and continued work as normal.
I managed to fetch my kids on time. I'm so thankful he trusted me with his prized possession without knowing my name or driving abilities. When I returned, he allowed me to drop my kids off at home, and for my husband to return with his car. Clement organized a tow truck and someone to fix the car. He was truly my knight in shining armor! I pray God will bless him beyond measure."

The @Unitedcajunnavy is aware of the wildfires occuring in Florida and Georgia. We have shipped supplies to be distributed by our Florida Chapter, but we are currently looking for help to aid Brantley County, GA. Below are the requisitions and PODs: @PeggiBosquez @mattvanswol
#wildfires are pretty rare where I live, but #georgia is getting hammered. Hope they get rain soon.

I really wish the children known as our so-called leaders could get off their powdered butts and end this stupid #shutdown . And Congress, how about NO PAY CHECKS until the American people get theirs. If we don't work, we don't get paid!
Cashed out from #Rakuten today. Great way to save money on Christmas gifts. #budget #MoneyManagement rakuten.com/r/ROMALI17?eeid=…

I want printed weekly ads back! I hate trying to deal with digital ads. It's easier to just flip pages. Plus I buy more. #bringbackpaperads @cvspharmacy @Walgreens
I refuse to use self check out anywhere. I will not shop at #Walmart unless it is absolutely necessary which for me is less than once a year I support #smallbusiness and local business as much as possible.
To all the Supermarkets and big commercial stores that operate 'Self Check-outs'....... You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now. Today I went shopping at one such store and the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone.
I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my cart, emptied my cart and scanned the items, refilled my cart and so I just skipped the exit line and left.
I heard her saying "Umm - Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine.
• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.
YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING.
YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU.

Arrest made in #Arson #KennethFire #wildfires There is no appropriate punishment or fine that can compensate for this. WTF would anyone want to do this? Our country is dire straits.
🚨#BREAKING! #KennethFire in Los Angeles County WAS ARSON 1 person in custody!
THIS IS INSANE!! 👀Unfolding now!
This comes after people were slamming Henry Winkler for suggesting that the California fires may have been arson.
He was speaking of an earlier fire but STILL this is interesting to see how he was slammed when ARSON is actually taking place!
