Important new decision from the Board of immigration Appeals (BIA) that may clear the dockets of weak asylum applications that have overloaded the immigration courts.
The Board of Immigration Appeals has held that an immigration judge may pretermit (deny) an application for asylum and withholding of removal without a motion from DHS when the applicant does not set forth a prima facie claim. Matter of G-R-B-, 30 I&N Dec. 102 (BIA 2026).
Decided September 29, 2026, the case affirms pretermission of a Mexican national’s applications without an evidentiary hearing. The Board found he alleged no past harm rising to persecution, identified no specific evidence of a well-founded fear, and offered no past torture or specific evidence of likely future torture.
The decision extends Matter of H-A-A-V-, 29 I&N Dec. 233 (BIA 2025), which already allowed pretermission without a full hearing where the written application does not state a prima facie claim. G-R-B- clarifies that no DHS motion is required.
The practical effect may be faster disposal of weak paper claims.

Meanwhile Pennsylvania has been paying ERIC with our tax dollars to take the same information they claimed was too sensitive for the Senate and the DOJ. A $13 million Zuckerberg-funded CEIR grant required motor-vehicle records that were originally shared with ERIC so they could build registration lists.
Protecting privacy is clearly a smokescreen.

I just spoke last night at a church in Sterling Heights, Michigan on Islam and its comparability with our Constitution. This article reinforces what I and many others have been saying for years.
Islam masks itself as a religion in order to gain a foothold to dominate. The individual quoted in this article asserts that Muslims have a ‘right’ to Sharia law in America.
If we fail to raise up constitutionally courageous and principled leaders our Republic will be overtaken. It’s time we prosecuted seditious speech and actions.
Don’t expect the Marxist left in America to aid in this conflagration, they are simpatico with the Islamists, as they both despise individual rights, freedom, and liberty.
We must cease being cowards because Americans aren’t the descendants of fearful men and women. We must display resolve and send a clear message, America will never submit to Islam and Sharia law.

My favorite insult the left gives me is when they tell me that I look trans. They say trans is beautiful, but then use it as an insult. Very comical. ( because a man can be a woman, but a masculine woman cannot? lol k )
Anyways, being a tomboy is pretty cool.
Being secure in my womanhood is pretty cool.
Being able to grow up and find my style without the pressure of trans ideology was pretty cool.
And I hope every young tomboy out there knows that she can grow up and be cool just the way she is.
That she doesn’t need to chop off body parts and take hormones. That she is allowed to be different, and that doesn’t mean she was born in the wrong body.
Tomboys are cool, and definitely worth saving.

I will not now, and never will, diminish the struggles working-class Americans deal with every day. It’s YOUR country, and you deserve to be heard.
But we all have a choice to make in the upcoming election, and I believe the choice is clear.
The Trump administration has built an incredible record over the past two years. That progress is at risk of being reversed if Democrats win this election.
Here are the facts:
-Highest median household income on record.
-Lowest poverty rate in decades.
-Lowest unemployment rate in decades.
-Multiple record highs in the equity markets.
-Billions of dollars in new investment in the United States.
-Lowest crime rates in decades.
-Record reductions in the murder rate.
-Record deportations.
-Massive reductions in the federal workforce and historic cuts to government red tape.
-Prescription drug prices moving down.
And a whole lot more.
I know none of this makes real challenges, such as the cost of living, magically disappear. Working Americans still feel those pressures every day, and they deserve to be heard.
But I believe the Trump administration’s record is far better than the Democratic alternative.
