Leaving X. I'm so sick of watching Trump take the US down a road to fascism and no-one doing anything about it. I'm not even American

See Shot 1. If your feet are planted to the side of the car when shooting, and you have to reach over the hood in order to fire, are you really defending yourself?

Whoever uses this picture as evidence, it proves the shooter's guilt.
He can only have been standing where the photographer was standing, otherwise the position of the head and the bullet hole would not form a straight line. The vehicle was NOT aimed at him when he fired.

Someone has slowed down the video of him possibly deleting the video he filmed on his phone

A tough choice for Trump’s administration as they decide whether to declare war on NATO or their own people first

The reporting just keeps getting worse for ICE.
Renee Good's ex-husband told reporters this morning that:
1) Renee was not an activist
2) She was in the vicinity because she had just dropped off her 6 year-old off at school
3) She was a devoted Christian and stay-at-home mom

Except her wheels were turned away from him and 2 shots were fired through the side window, making it obvious he shot her twice once the supposed 'danger' to him had passed. A lawyer who defends officers accused of using excessive force, said he'd advise him to plead guilty

Maybe they care about their society more than you

1st shot, that’s the shattered glass from the only bullet that hit the windshield.
You see the daylight between his inside leg and her vehicle don’t you?
Is he still in eminent threat of death? (if he ever was)
Or pissed off that he missed because he was just dragged by a car a short time ago?
Because he fired the next two rounds through the open window as she PASSED him with at least one head shot.
Maybe two. We’ll find out tomorrow when all hell breasts loose over this.
First time I’ve asked. Retweet the hell out of this because this is some fascist level bullshit.

She reversed back further that the selected freeze frame. He shot her from the side, so knew by then she wasn't a threat. Several agents shouted at her to 'get the f out of here'. She was doing what she'd been instructed to do. She was murdered for it

If she's out of reverse, why is there a white light under the brake light?

He was well enough to confront bystanders as he walked down the street without so much as a limp

Now show the one where both agents were clearly visible. She wasn't aiming at them and the reason he stumbled was because he had his hands raised with the gun out in front of him

This is one of the best, frame-by-frame breakdowns here by Brenna Perez of the Minnesota ICE shooting, proving without a doubt that ICE agent wasn't in danger, and he murdered Renee Good.
Make sure everyone sees it.

When someone is turning their vehicle away from me, as this video clearly shows. I'd presume they were trying to get away from me and not shoot them in the head
I worked with the Biden White House and DOJ to develop a policy on when can federal police shoot at a moving vehicle. DOJ adopted it in 2022, and as far as I know, it hasn't been repealed. Here's what it says:
"Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force."
You can find the policy here: justice.gov/archives/ag/file…
