I know I’m not supposed to, but I often wonder what’s “wrong” with me that causes people to treat me the way they do. I self reflect a LOT. And I still don’t get it.

She really said the quiet part out loud 😭 “Women are 1,000x more narcissistic than males” and then went full lecture mode. The part she said “you only get one mama, love her no matter what” vs “nobody ever says that about dad” point actually hit different. And the part about women thinking they can talk to you any kind of way, put hands on you, and still expect you to speak of them like angels… whew. 20 year HR professional here. Many times I’d make candidates wait a few extra minutes to see how they handled it when they got frustrated. Weeded out a lot of hot heads. Me, I’m looking for patience and understanding.
