Connected Farmer products tie all of these elements together like you describe. One group of applications that connects
Farmers - Cooperatives - Governments - Importers/Exporters - Finance - Product Marketing - Compliance - Sustainability - Analysts
This is what makes @dimitratech unique.
We are designed to drive outcomes for agriculture, our platform is not a grouping of features, it significantly impacts agricultural revenue, costs, community.
For example, our cooperative edition helps cooperatives achieve 5 core goals
1. Manage Farmers (their members)
2. Prove Compliance and Sustainability
3. Sell product
4. Access Finance
5. Optimize Operations
Connecting these outcomes is what makes us the 2026 Overall Agtech Solution of the Year
Being at the @AGRA_Africa Food Systems Forum 2026 in Kigali gave me the opportunity to listen closely to the conversations shaping the future of agriculture across Africa.
My biggest takeaway from #AFSF2026?
Africa does not lack ideas, technology or ambition.
The bigger challenge is turning those ideas into systems that can work at scale and ultimately create more value for farmers.
Three things stood out to me.
1. Farmer-level data is becoming critical infrastructure.
Investment, traceability, sustainability, compliance, access to finance and market access all depend increasingly on knowing what is actually happening on the ground.
2. Digital agriculture is moving beyond “another app.”
The real opportunity is building digital infrastructure that connects farmers with cooperatives, agribusinesses, institutions and markets while working within the realities of African agriculture.
3. Technology should strengthen existing systems.
Africa already has farmers, cooperatives, aggregators and organizations doing important work. Digital transformation should help these systems become more connected, visible and efficient not force them to start from zero.
This is one reason I find @Dimitratech ’s recent Connected Farmer Community and Cooperative Editions particularly interesting.
The focus is practical: helping farmers and agricultural organizations map farms, maintain records, manage activities and build reliable farm-level data.
That data can then become the foundation for bigger opportunities around traceability, sustainability, compliance, reporting and market access.
For me, this is the bigger picture:
Connect the farmer to the data.
Connect the data to the organization.
Connect the organization to the market.
That is where digital agriculture can move from being technology for technology’s sake to becoming real infrastructure for Africa’s food systems.

2026 Global Agtech Solution of the Year, Dimitra Connected Farmer is now available to every farmer and cooperative in the world. $DMTR
Agriculture doesn't need more technology for the sake of technology.
It needs technology that actually understands farming.
Different crops. Different countries. Different farmers. Different levels of digital readiness.
That’s where @dimitratech stands out.
Across 30+ countries, Connected Farmer is connecting field-level data with the cooperatives, enterprises and institutions that need to make better decisions at scale.
From national-scale data processing in Indonesia to working with cooperative unions like NACCU in Kenya, this isn't technology sitting in a lab.
It's infrastructure meeting farmers where they are.
Because the real impact of AgTech isn't measured by how advanced the software looks.
It's measured by whether it makes farming more productive, more traceable and more resilient for the people whose livelihoods depend on it.
That's the kind of technology worth building.

Côte d’Ivoire may face an EUDR stress test: a delayed cocoa crop could push huge volumes into ports just before the Dec 30 deadline. Compliance now meets physical logistics. The winners may be platforms that preserve trusted chain-of-custody from farm to shipment.

Agricultural finance demand of 323 Billion USD for smallholder farmers, the writer illustrates the challenge and the digital solution. Another 1.1 trillion dollars required to close the gap between agrifood and climate goals. Digital is the key. Dimitra is the 2026 Agtech solution of the year and is available to every smallholder in the world. $DMTR brings finance, carbon, traceability, financial control into a trillion dollar challenge looking for a solution. Kicking off with stakeholder engagement #RoraimaCarbonProject is live. @dimitratech and partners @sebrae @sistemafier @faernsenar are proud to offer the opportunity to earn carbon credits to all farms across Roraima, Brazil.
Phase one of this project is expected to generate 800,000 carbon credits per year, while farmers produce sustainably.
Roraima, a key region of the Amazon is changing the narrative and making a commitment to deforestation free agriculture. Supplementing farmer income with Carbon Financing
Today marked an important milestone for the #RoraimaCarbonProject with our first engagement event bringing together rural producers from across Roraima to explore how preserved forests can become a new source of sustainable income.
Powered by @dimitratech technology and the $DMTR ecosystem, the project combines satellite monitoring, digital traceability, carbon measurement, and transparent reporting to connect producers with the growing carbon market.
This initiative is made possible through a strong institutional partnership committed to strengthening agriculture, attracting investment, and creating long-term opportunities for rural producers while preserving one of Roraima’s greatest assets: its forests.
🌳 Preserving.
🚜 Producing.
