Yes. On July 8 1993 Evan Chandler was secretly taped discussing plans with lawyer Barry Rothman to end Jackson’s career if he didn’t get what he wanted. They consulted psychiatrist Mathis Abrams days later, before formal allegations. Chandler (born Charmatz to Jewish parents) and Abrams were Jewish; Rothman’s surname and NYC origins align with Jewish background.
