Ever since JRE #1320 with Eric Weinstein i've been trying to use alternatives to google.com to search information.
Any time I use Kagi.com i'm surprised by how good it is but i just can't beat the habit and muscle memory.
So i decided to try again with #omarchy 👇

Our product has a contact-importer. It's pretty powerful and allows you to throw a csv/excel/spreadsheet and it will import/merge onto your existing database.

I've always found the performance, even with a ton of background workers and beefy database to be slow.

Finally i booted up `gpt-sol-6` and asked it to keep going through the linear issues. While it kept going i asked it to benchmark each step/ticket and put the final findings in the (stacked) PR.
Made an omarchy app to categorize (g)mail with Jev.
It's called `Omajevmail` and a great add-on to `Omamail`.
Very simple concept:
- link up your mailbox (gmail, hey, outlook, imap,..)
- add an openrouter key
- set up categories
- categorize those emails (using Jev)
Emails are then ordered by highest matches per category allowing you to quick archive
I'm using this only to pre-filter + make sure i don't miss important stuff with a combination of white-list and black-list filters.
Everything that is arriving in my mailbox immidiately gets categorized.
A few times per day i go through categories and archive most of it

Saves you from going to connections, add remote, enter code...

Exploring how we can switch our infra from PHP-Nginx to FrankenPHP.
In first tests there is like a 10x throughput which would allow us to significantly downsize infra.
But honestly, i'm only excited by the decrease of average response times 🤣.
Asked a clanker to go through first-run product experience with a browser and make a report with major annoyances.
So good! And finds some things you would never see (for various reasons)

I suspect openai from slowing down my subscription because i'm doing too much threading.
My remote dev work on a remote/hetzner dev box is significantly slower than what i'm used to.
And don't tell me it's my box!
It could be that's why i see more and more people use github.com/router-for-me/CLI… and group a few subscriptions so the proxy can load balance.
