The sidewalks were clear when we started but the snow piled up quickly and ice clung to our faces. Great to have a run with this wonderful lady and big props for getting me out for my first run in two weeks! Feels good to lace up again. #stormageddon2020 #Snowmageddon2020

Time to put it in second gear. November was nice, a little maintenance exercise, but with Yankee Springs 50 mile in less than 3 weeks, it's time to get strong again. Being strong has been successful for me in my racing and I'm going to keep with that formula! #kwawesome

“Well I am telling you there is hope. I have seen it.
But it does not come from governments or corporations.
It comes from the people.”
Here’s a small part from my speech today at the #cop25 in Madrid.
What does @GivingTuesdayWR meant to you? For me it means lending a helping hand to those in my community in need. Charity to me means making a healthy and vibrant community with nobody left behind. If you haven't yet, think about making a donation @FoodBankWatReg #GivingTuesday
