HAPPY 70TH BIRTHDAY TO MY BROTHER AND FELLOW PARTNER IN SERVICE TO NIGERIA, RABIU MUSA KWANKWASO As you mark your 70th birthday on October 21, I honour not only an accomplished public servant but also a very dear elder brother and partner whose life has been dedicated to serving our people. With the passage of time, I have come to deeply appreciate the bond between us, the many conversations we have shared, and the common commitment to Nigeria that continues to shape our service. Your path through the legislature, the Federal Executive Council, the governorship of Kano State, and national public life represents decades of experience, duty, and meaningful engagement with the Nigerian people. Turning seventy is not merely a significant milestone; it is a moment to look back with gratitude on a life devoted to service, the wisdom gained through experience, and the opportunities that remain ahead. As we continue to hope for and work toward a better Nigeria, I remain grateful for our partnership and for our shared conviction that our nation can become a place where no child is deprived of opportunity, no family is left in poverty, and every Nigerian can live with dignity, security, and hope. My dear brother, may God bless you with renewed strength, good health, wisdom, and many more productive years. May the years ahead be filled with peace, fulfilment, and the satisfaction of seeing the values we cherish take firmer root across our nation. Warmest congratulations on your 70th birthday, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso @KwankwasoRM . I honour you on this special occasion and pray that the chapter ahead will be filled with abundant blessings and many more purposeful years. -PO

The Audacity of Imagination. During a long drive from Manchester with stops in Birmingham NDC Presidential candidate Peter Obi and I visited the recent brainstorming on his manifesto which focused on very audacious interventions and Goals to redeem Nigeria from crippling corruption that has pushed the misery index into red alert. We agreed that besides debilitating corruption and poor leadership hamstringing progress not having bold innovations and tenacity have been in the way of the promise of Nigeria. Declaring states of emergency in Education, Health Care, Food Security and Security as well as power, with special champions appointed to drive high performance as stretch goals. This will be anchored on consequences for not reaching those goals in set time becoming public management tools . Frontal assault on corruption, especially with technology that will prevent Custom Duty and other revenues from flowing into private pockets, could bring in more than 30 trillion Naira a year without increasing taxes to make for a functioning primary healthcare system and the building of one World class hospital in each geopolitical zone within 30 months. A special Diaspora return initiative would enable transforming turn around of the sector. Massive deployment of solar, and wind , in addition to emergency services of turbines on Badges floating down major rivers could quickly raise generated power to 40.000 megawatts through creative financing without borrowing as Egypt and others have done

BUILDING A NEW NIGERIA – OUR COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY Today, I honoured an impromptu invitation to interact with fellow Nigerians in Manchester, United Kingdom. I had the pleasure of sharing fraternal moments with some of our compatriots in the diaspora. I spent time listening to their concerns about our nation and was encouraged by their passion and desire to build a New Nigeria for all. The task of building a New Nigeria remains our collective responsibility, and there is no better time to roll up our sleeves and get to work than now. Our nation is standing on the brink of a precipice, and we must not shrink from the arduous task ahead of us. Massive corruption and accumulated leadership failures remain the bane of our national progress and development. I explained to them that Nigeria remains one of the most blessed countries in the world and would have taken its place among the most developed countries if not for corruption and the leadership failure bedevilling it. No nation, as I have always maintained, can rise above the character, competence, capacity and commitment of those entrusted with its leadership. That is why we must approach the coming general elections as a race for national survival rather than another routine exercise. It is our collective battle. The nation is ours to save for the birth of a New Nigeria that is POssible and OK. -PO

THE INDONESIAN OIL INDUSTRY AND THE BALI 24 HOURS FUEL SHORTAGE INCIDENT... FACTS VS PROPAGANDA For context, INDONESIA is a country, made up of 1,340 ethnic groups /nationalities [more than 4times the number of ethnic groups in Nigeria] INDONESIA has a landmass of 1.95 square kilometers [ more than twice that of Nigeria] Indonesia has population of 289million people [ far more than Nigeria] INDONESIA has only crude oil reserve of 2.3billion barrels [ crude oil per capita of 7.9barrels ] , WHICH IS WAY LOWER THAN NIGERIAS CRUDE OIL PER CAPITA OF 156 BARRELS] INDONESIA has GDP per capita of USD$ 5,362 [ 5 times bigger than Nigeria's ] Inflation rate in INDONESIA is just 3.28% and food inflation rate of 4.37% . INDONESIA minimum wage in Naira is N422,892 and has poverty rate of 0.85% [ only 2.38million people in INDONESIA are extreme poor, compared to Nigerias 197million very poor people] THE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BALI FUEL SHORTAGE INCIDENT ... FACTS..VS SEGUNS PROPAGANDA... Bali [ an Island in INDONESIA] experienced a sudden fuel crisis starting around October 12, 2026, after lines of vehicles began forming at gas stations across the island as early as Sunday, October 11, 2026. CAUSES OF THE SHORTAGE ... Tanker Anchor Malfunction: A fuel delivery tanker suffered a mechanical anchor failure off the coast of Bali, which delayed vessel birthing and offloading at the terminal. Bad Weather and Rough Seas: High waves and severe weather slowed down shipments arriving at the Sanggaran (Denpasar) and Manggis (Karangasem) terminals. High Demand and Panic Buying: A heavy reliance on government-subsidized Pertalite gasoline—combined with widespread panic-buying from motorists worried about running dry—strained local pump inventories much faster than they could be replenished. CURRENT STATUS .. State-owned energy distributor Pertamina Patra Niaga shifted to 24-hour deliveries to clear the backlog. Terminals now hold tens of millions of liters in stock, and queues have begun to ease gradually, though sporadic delays and wait times continue at some stations. Local authorities issued remote-learning and work-from-home directives during the peak of the crunch to reduce commuting demand. MOST UNFORTUNATELY, PROPAGANDISTS AND CALCIFIED MORONS LIKE SEGUN, ARE NOT AWARE THAT AS AT 1970 [ AFTER THE CIVIL WAR] , WHEN NIGERIA''S GDP PER CAPITA WAS USD$224, THAT OF INDONESIA WAS JUST USD$79.... SEE ,HOW FAR THEY HAVE LEFT US BEHIND BECAUSE MORONS LIKE SEGUN, WANTS NIGERIA TO CONTINUE TO RETROGRESS AND HAEMORRHAGE UNDER THEIR PROPAGANDA BLITZKRIEG, DESIGN TO PROP UP FAILED REGIMES NONSENSE
"Bali has run out of fuel, with hours-long queues outside gas stations since Sunday.." That is the Indonesia the Agulu fraud always refer Nigerians to. Imagine if the Federal government of Nigeria had refused to remove fuel subsidy when she did.

I have noted with deep concern the conduct of the ADC campaign team. The attacks directed at me, our presidential candidate His Excellency Peter Obi, and our party, the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), are unnecessary and unhelpful. Rather than focusing on presenting the competence, credibility, and capacity of their own candidate as we have consistently done by placing our credentials and record of achievements before Nigerians, the ADC Presidential Campaign Council appears intent on creating mischief against our party and ticket. This includes attempts to portray us as working for the ruling party or to suggest that we may withdraw from the race in favour of the ADC candidate at the last minute. The ADC-PCC would be better served directing its energy toward rebutting the serious allegations levelled against their candidate by the Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima, instead of targeting me and His Excellency Peter Obi. We are aware that the ADC-PCC may try to mislead our supporters on the eve of the election by claiming that we intend to withdraw in their favour. Let me state clearly and unequivocally: we will not withdraw our candidature for the ADC or any other party. We remain confident in our capacity, competence, and readiness to lead Nigeria. The OK ticket is neither working for nor acting on behalf of the APC or any of its candidates. We see no possibility or reason to withdraw from the presidential race in favour of the ADC candidate or any other. These claims are unfounded and should be treated as such. The APC-led government has failed Nigerians. The ADC offers no better alternative. We believe the OK ticket presents a credible and viable option, backed by proven capacity, a strong track record, credibility, and broad support across both Northern and Southern Nigeria. It is a healing ticket committed to uniting our country and tackling critical challenges in security, education, agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, the economy, and other key sectors. We believe the NDC remains the most formidable and viable opposition party in the country. I therefore urge all our supporters and well-meaning Nigerians to continue working toward the victory of our great party. Nigeria will be OK. - RMK

PRESS RELEASE 17 October, 2027 NDC KANO STATE EXPRESSES CONCERN OVER NOMINATION OF NORTH-WEST INEC NATIONAL COMMISSIONER, CALLS FOR TRANSPARENCY The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Kano State Chapter, under the leadership of its State Chairman, Hon. Husaini Isah Mai Riga, expresses concern over the reported nomination of Professor Mustafa Ahmad Aliyu as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) National Commissioner representing the North-West geopolitical zone. According to reports, the nominee is the elder brother of the incumbent Governor of Sokoto State and is reportedly affiliated with the All Progressives Congress (APC). These reported connections raise concerns about the need to protect public confidence in the neutrality and independence of the electoral commission. The NDC Kano State Chapter maintains that INEC must remain an impartial institution, free from political interference and potential conflicts of interest. Appointments to such sensitive positions should be guided by transparency, integrity, relevant qualifications, and the need to maintain public trust in Nigeria’s electoral system. In view of these concerns, the NDC Kano State Chapter calls on the Nigerian Senate to thoroughly scrutinise the nominee’s background, political affiliations, and suitability for the position before deciding on the nomination. The confirmation process must uphold the principles of fairness, accountability, and electoral independence. As Nigeria approaches the 2027 general elections, it is imperative that every decision concerning the leadership of INEC strengthens public confidence in the electoral process and reassures Nigerians that the commission will discharge its responsibilities without political bias. The NDC Kano State Chapter, under the leadership of Hon. Husaini Isah Mai Riga, reaffirms its commitment to democratic values, credible elections, the rule of law, and the protection of Nigeria’s democratic institutions. We believe that Nigerians deserve an electoral umpire whose independence, impartiality, and integrity inspire confidence among all political parties and citizens. Nigeria’s democracy must be protected, and public confidence in INEC must remain a national priority. Signed: Adam Said Adam, Media Aide to State chairman Party NDC Kano.

Let's compare FACTS KWANKWASO on Channels TV Thursday. On fuel: "Price of energy too high, NDC will reduce it." On Tinubu: "Tinubu having sleepless nights because of Peter Obi." No insult! On Atiku: "Yes, I want him to step down for Obi" but still with FULL respect: "His Excellency Vice President Atiku... somebody I know fairly well, we have done so much together." That is a respectful appeal from a senior. SHETTIMA at APC Campaign inauguration. Called Atiku "NO Abraham Lincoln, more of Oginga Odinga" called him serial loser. Mocked him. "You can call him Bola, Adekunle, but he is President" Called him "child of Lenin" and said he is writing epistles from London, Dubai, Morocco while Nigerians suffer. Pure insult! Pure humiliation! From Tinubu's own Vice President! NOW Kola Ologbondiyan and that LAZY ADC campaign team. You attacked Kwankwaso who showed respect to Atiku and called him Tinubu's boy. This is why I call you guys LAZY campaign team. You have NOTHING positive to tell Nigerians about Atiku, other than spilling jabs and insults at Kwankwaso every market day. But ZERO reply to Shettima who is actually IN Tinubu's government and publicly buried Atiku alive. You bully Kwankwaso because he is only VICE to Peter Obi, but you are AFRAID to reply Shettima because he is in power? Bunch of losers with no direction. #ObiKwankwaso2027 NO MERCY.

Northerner politicians like kwankwaso don't plan politics in four months to election. They plan four years to election. Kwankwasiya just regrouped under kwankwaso+APC to retire Ganduje from Kano politics forever !! Kwankwaso recruited Ganduje's governor and depute into his fold . 1. Sule Garo (now deputy governor of Kano State restoring the 2023 rift between Ganduje boys and kwankwaso faction of the post Ganduje /kwankwaso rift. 2. The gubber APC gubber candidate that lost to Kwankwaso (Gawuna) is now in Kwankwaso's fold as a consensus senator 2027. – at District of Columbia, USA
This time around things will be different,45% of northwest vote will be for Mr obi because of kwankwasiyyya institute.

Education Is the Foundation of a New Nigeria Education remains the most important tool for development and nation-building. It has been proven that the more educated a nation is, the better it develops. It has also been proven that the developing and developed nations of today are those that have invested in education, healthcare and pulling people out of poverty. Nigeria’s increasing poverty remains a consequence of not investing adequately in critical areas of development, especially education. Today, while observing the International Day of Rural Women, I visited Sheda and Sheda Galadima, in Kwali Area Council of FCT, where I was surprised to see a huge number of school-age children in the market environs on a school day. In my conversation with the children, I was deeply shocked to learn that they had been at home for over two weeks due to the teachers’ strike. So, while we are busy inaugurating campaign councils with pomp and pageantry and declaring economic miracles, our young children of school age are loitering in the streets because of a strike, in a nation with already over 18 million out-of-school children. It is time to put our children and the future of our country back at the centre of governance and government decisions. Under our leadership, investment in health and education, as well as pulling people out of poverty, will be our priorities. The relevant authorities should immediately ensure that our children in public schools return to school in the FCT. A New Nigeria is POssible, and Nigeria will be OK. -PO
