Created some hooks for claude code to control my old blinkstick. Supports multiple instances w/ 3 colors modes: dim orange - all instances working, bright -> dim yellow - input needed in 1+ instances & at least 1 instance still working, bright -> dim green - every instance ready for input github.com/jondkinney/blinks…

Iceland is the world’s biggest consumer of SSRIs. They’ve had less than 10 gun homicides since 2020; in the US, there have been over 90,000.
Japan is one of the largest video game markets in the world. They have 10 gun deaths per year; the US has nearly 50,000.
It’s the guns.
RFK JR on Mass Shootings: There are many things that happened in the 1990’s that could explain these. One is the dependence on psychiatric drugs… there could be connections with video games
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
RFK Jr presents a disproven theory for mass shooters;
Video games have been proven time & time again to not influence violent behavior.
This claim has been around for almost 40 years & has been repeatedly disproven.

“Mar-a-Lago played a key role…Virginia Giuffre, a victim of Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring who said she was “passed around like a platter of fruit” as a teenager to rich and powerful predators, was recruited into Epstein’s employment at Mar-a-Lago.”

"I wonder what this relatively small account that Elon Musk follows is?"
"Oh I see, it just posts porn and Nazism only."
I'm not a Borderlands apologist but the negative reviews that keep showing up in my feed make me wonder what on earth the reviewers were expecting from this movie. It's a solid 6/10 of a fun action movie. You'd think it killed their Gramma or something, from the vitriol.

Braid, Anniversary Edition
has 35 new levels.
Originally I thought there would be no new levels.
Then I was like, "hey I figured out a way to add like 4 or 5, without ruining the original game."
Then I accidentally a bunch of design.

So the same guy behind Ghostbusters is back again.
He's trying to fund a book about "the history of Lucasarts". This is nothing more than a collection of articles and stuff copied from books and the web.
Like this example, where the page seems to be copied from Wikipedia.

So we're having problems getting traction for #hr7024 @Lin_Manuel. W/o it, 22k+ small biz will be forced to close & layoffs in 2024 will continue. Ya know...if we don't get this plan through congress. Thought u might be willing to let us borrow your song? share.descript.com/view/VX9W…
Sometimes I legitimately wonder why a person who believes the last election was stolen from them would continue to vote in this one, ya know?

Imagine your vehicle is turned over. You’re disoriented. Wondering if this is the end. You turn to your left and see Hollywood Hogan in his NWO shirt saying “gimme your hand, brother!”
What a mindfuck.
I was gonna finish Mario+Rabbids 1 but I'm ready to bail out of it (I like the gameplay but the setting isn't grabbing me and I can't do another 8 levels.) What's should I dive in to over the holidays?
