@keiichiban once told me that we imagine the future on a spectrum of "Honest" to "Familiar". If anything is too familiar, we're not being honest. And if we're really honest; it won't be familiar. Often in creation we must start in the middle and work our way towards total truth.

yes, but typically the less the founder says, or has to say, the better. in fact, it would be a good practise for most founders to think more about how to get *people* to onboard each other, and communicate it to each other, than how they can communicate it to them

Crypto market right now is a barbell: speculation and stablecoins
If you're not in the speculation stack—app / UI, DEX, chain or asset launchpad—you're probably not generating much revenue. The stack is a dynamic market and startups can compete and grow very fast, e.g. Hyperliquid, Pump, Axiom, etc.
Stablecoins are about distribution. So if you have a lot of existing users, it's a good business while rates remain high. Hard business for startups, though. (And worth noting stablecoins spun out of the speculation stack.)
If you're in the middle of the barbell, growth is limited.
