My favorite task @dhagventures is taking farms with scattered, misnamed, no field boundaries, zebra striped, and wildly unusable historical yield data and turning it into a dataset suitable for an academic smart farm. The time spent is always worth the shock of surprise.

Perfect example of why you can't use solely imagery for yield forecasting. When you have a good crop canopy, it's hard to distinguish yield differences accurately. The conversation drastically changes when the units are bu/acre.
