I’ve got an RHR that typically tracks in the high 30s and no amount of my dog cardio can overwhelm my genetics when it comes to high blood pressure so I for one, reach for lisinopril with HCTZ for that magic action!
I get your point though, most of the times it’s not genetic, it’s just plain old being a fat ass.
