Radio meteor rates still good this morning but well down on the peak of the #Perseids yesterday morning.
Much more radio meteor activity with the #Perseids this morning so the peak really stands out from the earlier days.
Occasional long and strong radar echoes this morning, this example was probably off the ionised material left by a bright #Perseid meteor.
Completely cloudy for the #Perseid maximum tonight but the radio meteors have picked up nicely over the last couple of days, so something is happening up there...
Aaand another good #NoctilucentCloud display this morning :) Timelapses show some interesting cloud movement as the display progresses. flic.kr/p/27bA2wT

Some timelapses from a good display of #Noctilucent Cloud this morning. Before it was drowned out by twilight it was all across the northern horizon, even passing overhead toward the end. Not often it's this far south. flic.kr/p/25H8w7s

Radio meteor counts for December 2017 and summary for whole of 2017. Much of #Geminids maximum is missing because the GRAVES radar was off for 12hrs on 13/14th. Small peak on December 22nd may be caused by Ursids.
