Wabi 2.0 is live! personal agents are one person, one chat. but the parts of life that matter run on more than one person Wabi is an agent you use together. you talk to it, it does stuff, builds the apps you need, and anyone can join the thread - your partner, your best friend, the preschool moms groupchat school changes pickup time → Wabi updates the family calendar, everyone sees it. a show you’d both love → Wabi finds a night that works, gets the tickets. the trip everyone keeps talking about → Wabi picks the dates, builds the itinerary, books it go start a thread with your people 👇

The ridiculous arguments by Ambani’s army of Internet shills make no sense On the one hand, they say Starlink couldn’t possibly compete with the amazing low prices offered by Ambani’s de facto monopoly in India and then, in the same breath, they essentially claim that Starlink would be too strong of a competitor! This is absurd hypocrisy and hyperbole. The reality is that competition would greatly benefit the average citizen in India by giving them more choices, as it always does. Ambani’s profits will be lower, but he is not going out of business. And, obviously, if Starlink is too expensive in India, no one will buy it, so SpaceX will need to make pricing affordable.
Something feels off with this chorus of “India’s internet is great and super cheap” … the data shows that Indian market is absolutely dominated by mobile. When they say it’s cheap and well connected factually this only applies to mobile usage. This makes sense because a tower connects thousands of subs instantly after construction and running fiber is a building by building or resident by resident job. This is also why “fixed wireless” has started growing fast. Follow the incentives. It’s the cheapest and shortest route to revenue. Due to this, India is amongst the highest mobile bandwidth usage populations on the planet. 30-40GB/month. (20-50% above US/UK usage) However, home Fiber lines in India pull closer to 300GB/month. 10x gap For context, that gap in the US and UK is 20-30x. It’s pretty ubiquitous that if you have access to a lot of more bandwidth you will use it. Bandwidth abundance does not favor mobile devices. I’d argue that it’s not very hard to believe that these paltry sub 5% fixed customer penetration numbers would be much higher if a cost effective alternative existed. Is that alternative existed it wouldn’t be crazy to expect to see the fixed customer numbers jump from 6% to maybe 10%, 15% or 20%. 100M-200M customers. And if the rest of the world is any precedent that would lead to a dramatic increase in overall bandwidth used. However, that would mean that mobile bandwidth usage would likely drop or stagnate with in home mobile usage.

incredible that there’s a government whose blatant lies have been caught and are out in the public time and time again. whose politicians are all murderers and rapists. a government that has forces social media platforms to remove most of the content against it within hours without giving these companies a chance to verify if it actually goes against the community guidelines. a government that wasn’t willing to put these resources to use for actual public goodwill. a government that ruined the hindu religion by using its gods as their own puppets a government that made free speech feel scary because of the hesitation everyone (including me) have just posting anything against it. a government that fudged all data that allows us to keep it accountable. incredible that there’s people still seeing a reason to support the ones that are actively sabotaging their own religion, the safety of their daughters and their own livelihood. insane

Nepalrelief now supports direct @solana donations! You can send USDC directly to the SOL address, and it goes to the Nepal Relief Fund. It's insane to see so many foundations coming topgether to make this happen.

Nepal is a special place. It’s heartbreaking to see the devastation caused by the floods. So many people have been impacted, and many are still missing, including a guide I trekked with earlier this year. If you’re able, please consider donating to support the people of Nepal.

At Alteon, we are building planes that fly for more than a year without landing. Ones that would take off in 2026 and land in 2027. We’ve raised a $2.5M pre-seed, led by @lachygroom, with participation from @shubg at @scaletogether. We do this using a flight technique called dynamic soaring, and we just hit our biggest milestone yet toward making it a reality:
