5 years ago I had my first #arthritis flare up. I couldn’t walk, brush my hair or cut my food& today I’m managing this w/ holistic approaches & NO medication 💪🏽I’m aware this will change, but so grateful for my partner, friends & Rhem dept. @VersusArthritis #SendStrength ❤️
