The setup: Herdr runs every agent. Claude Code and Codex side by side. I SSH in from my phone. Agents message each other with herdr agent prompt. Keys live in the OS keychain via mb connect. Skills come in layers: business, Main Branch, generic.

Records stay home. Lessons travel. The template runs on a fake bank called sample-bank. Real repos keep real data. The next business I start gets the same folders, checks and rules on day one.

They teach each other too. My finance agent closed last years books and wrote down 17 mistakes with fixes. Patterns only. No amounts, names or account numbers. Main Branch turned that into /mb-books. Shipped today in 0.6.13.

How its wired: One homelab orchestrator takes care of the machines. Each business has an orchestrator with roles under it. They talk to homelab for machines and to the front desk for me. The front desk is the only thing that texts me.

I built my own Instinct before I knew it existed. 37 agents across 8 workspaces. I text them all day. I own all the data. The best part happens while Im asleep. Heres last night, from the logs.

How is "8 new emoji" the leading line in a mac update? Is that really the headline nowadays for an os update on mac?
