Just set this up - so good 👏
Each day, Grok Bot looks at my X Bookmarks for things I find interesting, then it spins up a Cursor Agent to build a demo
It validates work with screenshots / video, then cuts a branch on a repo configured with @Cloudflare preview deploys
@Bot sends me a link each morning and I get to see the tech for myself
Today, it picked cobe from @shuding
If you can do it, it can be automated
New in Raycast AI this week:
🔁 Connect your Claude or ChatGPT subscription
📁 Organize ongoing work with Projects
🤖 Run prompts on a schedule with Automations
We're also changing how AI is priced. Why and what it means for you, in the thread 👇
Refreshing perspective @frederickjames 🙏🏼
The most efficient solution is to not build it at all
Worth making sure the effort is justified first, even with AI
While I really like prototypes, because you can convey ideas easier by interacting with the real thing, it’s also important to know when not to do them.
Prototypes have this flaw that because everything is already built, and it looks so real, people might assume that all the decisions have already been made.
That’s because the building step was the most expensive before AI, but it’s not anymore.
So sometimes, it’s better to ask the why first. Why are we making this in the first place?
Allow yourself to be slow, write a doc with your reasoning, and only after you are aligned, start prototyping.
It all comes down to judgement and taste at the end of the day, whether it’s an animation or an important product decision.
You need to develop great taste, it’s more important than ever.
I fought really hard to keep reviewing every line, maybe it was to feel more in control?
An extensive, automated review funnel has replaced my line by line inspection now - it’s working quite well.
I saw so much hard work go into this - awesome to see it live 👏🏼
Re-introducing Cloud Sync 😶🌫️
You know what it is, you know how it works, you've been asking for it.
Now syncing across Raycast v2, Windows, and iOS.
