💡 If you experience empty charts after the ThirdStats update, please go to add-on options, click the "Clear Cache" button and reload the stats page.

Interesting, I can't reproduce this on my end. Does this happen every time ThirdStats reprocesses the stats data? Normally a message download is only triggered if it doesn't already exists locally... Feel free to create an issue on GitHub for this 🎫
