Not because the certificate is expired (it isn’t — valid till Oct 2026), but because the SSL certificate was issued for karnataka.gov.in and does not cover the actual subdomain people are visiting. Result? NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. This is basic SSL hygiene.
