■Traffic crisis in #Bengaluru East has literally become non-manageable & beyond repair , due to a Scam Called "CDP Roads based Plan Approval".
■ With the IT Boom, Availabality of Marshy lands at cheaper prices in collusion with local bodies, Builders have constructed Highrises, Schools , Malls, Commercial complex , with the non-existent CDP Roads.
■ All 14 CDP Roads in Stretches of Varthur- Gunjur-Sarjapura Road- Panathur- Balagere are not completed for decades.
■ Meawhile rampanat encroachments & legal hurdles doesn't give any hope.
■ Consider these factors ,before buying Properties on non-existent CDP Roads
■ #Karnataka CM @DKShivakumar & Bengaluru dev Minister @krishnabgowda shall make reforms to Building plan approvals in these areas

We sincerely thank the Govt of Karnataka, Bengaluru Traffic Police and civic leaders for listening and for the steps taken so far on the Varthur-Gunjur & Domassandra stretch on SH35 - including restricting heavy vehicles during school hours and strengthening traffic management. These interventions have already shown that improvement is possible when stakeholders work together
The next step is to sustain what works: repair damaged roads, address critical bottlenecks, complete pending infrastructure, and use data and technology to plan traffic flows more intelligently
This is not about assigning blame. It is about bringing schools, government, police, workplaces and communities together around a shared goal: safer, healthier and more time-efficient commutes for our children / citizens
