I built an app inspired by Be My Eyes that lets blind and low vision people ask AI about what’s in front of their camera. It uses GPT-Live-1 for the voice conversation and GPT-5.6 checks camera snapshots to help read labels, identify products, etc
I think voice models have a lot of untouched surface area to build experiences that materially improve people’s lives. From boring stuff like making customer service not a headache to assisting people with disabilities 🌸
