🚨 गुजरात में महानगरपालिकाओं और नगरपालिकाओं में सरेआम ₹4,400 करोड़ का घोटाला और गड़बड़झाला !
गायब वाउचर और बंद फाइलों ने खोल दी भाजपा सरकार की पोल! 💸🏢
📍पिछले 10 सालों में अफसरों और ठेकेदारों की मिलीभगत से ₹4,400 करोड़ का महाघोटाला हुआ है, और CM भूपेंद्र पटेल तथा BJP सरकार आंखें मूंदे बैठी है - घालमेल साफ़ है ।
📍जब भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर हो और उसे छिपाने के लिए पूरा सरकारी तंत्र ही “दलालों की ढाल” बन जाए, तो जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई कैसे बच सकती है?
📍 क्या गुजरात के लोग करोड़ों रुपया टैक्स इसलिए BJP सरकार को दे रहे हैं?
🛑 इस इन्वेस्टिगेशन से उजागर हुए ये तथ्य सुशासन के दावों पर करारा तमाचा हैं:
📌 'विकास' की फाइलों में छिपे खौफनाक घोटाले:
• 🗑️ ₹816 करोड़ के सबूत ही कर दिए गायब: जांच और ऑडिट से बचने के लिए राजकोट मनपा की फाइलों से ₹816.90 करोड़ खर्च के वाउचर ही गायब कर दिए गए। ना सबूत होगा, ना भ्रष्टाचार पकड़ा जाएगा!
• 🏢 हिसाब मांगने पर 'कंपनी एक्ट' का बहाना: साबरमती रिवरफ्रंट और मेडिकल ट्रस्ट जैसे बड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स में ₹2,731 करोड़ के रिकॉर्ड ऑडिट में पेश ही नहीं किए गए, बस यह कहकर पल्ला झाड़ लिया गया कि यहां 'कंपनी एक्ट' लागू है।
• 🙈 ऑडिट रिपोर्ट को ही लगा दिया ताला: पिछले 7 साल की ऑडिट रिपोर्ट अब तक जारी नहीं की गई है (मनपा के लिए सिर्फ 2017-18 और पालिका के लिए 2019-20 की रिपोर्ट पेश हुई है)।
🧶 बाक़ी की रिपोर्ट - 2020-21 से 2026-27 - कहाँ गई? क्या उन्हें जमीन निगल गई या आसमान खा गया?
📌 14 अलग-अलग ऑडिट रिपोर्ट में धोखाधड़ी और हेराफेरी सामने आई, लेकिन किसी की जिम्मेदारी तय नहीं हुई।
• 🚫 समीक्षा के लिए कोई कमेटी ही नहीं: पंचायतों की तर्ज पर मनपा और पालिकाओं के घोटालों की जांच के लिए विधानसभा में कोई समर्पित 'ऑडिट समीक्षा समिति' (Audit Review Committee) है ही नहीं। जब कमेटी नहीं, तो अफसरों को समन नहीं, और समन नहीं तो घोटालेबाजों में डर कैसा?
🧶 क्या अब विधानसभा के अधिकार भी छीन लिए गए हैं?
❓ सरकार और प्रशासन से सीधे सवाल:
1. जनता के पैसे की लूट का जिम्मेदार कौन?
जो जनता अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई से टैक्स भरती है, उसके पैसे घोटालों में जा रहे हैं और बदले में उसे टूटी सड़कें व घटिया निर्माण कार्य मिल रहे हैं। इसकी भरपाई कौन करेगा?
2. घोटालेबाजों को किसका संरक्षण?
सालों से गड़बड़ियां सामने आ रही हैं, फिर भी समिति बनाने का विचार सिर्फ 'सरकारी फाइलों' में क्यों दबा है, वह आगे क्यों नहीं बढ़ पाया? यह रसूखदारों को बचाने की गहरी साजिश नहीं है तो क्या है ?
🛑 जब तक 'ऑडिट समीक्षा समिति' बनाकर सरकार में बैठे सफेदपोशों, उनके दलालों, ठेकेदारों और भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों की गर्दन नहीं पकड़ी जाएगी, तब तक यह लूट रुकने वाली नहीं है।
जनता के पैसों की यह बंदरबांट अब बेनकाब हो चुकी है! 🛑⚖️

Boycotting elections would surrender India's democracy. Resistance is the way forward, and swaraj is the key.
The anger is honest. The conclusion is wrong. A boycott is desertion, and desertion is not resistance.
Here lies the first thing the boycott argument misunderstands. Democracy is not a product of institutions, or even of the Constitution. They sustain democracy. They do not create it. Democracy is established when people want it, and it survives only as long as people want it to survive.
So the need of the hour is not to walk away from the people's arena. It is to raise the consciousness of the people. To tell them their democracy is in peril. To give them proof that someone is stealing their mandate. And to fight for it inch by inch.
