Rep Jasmine Crockett has had her eyes on 2030 for months by getting Democrats in place in Texas so the next round of redistricting doesn't help Republicans. GOP has been building power in states since Clinton. Remember Jeb Bush ran for governor of Florida in 1994. He won in 1998.
