Now it's time to test some replacement parts designed in @FreeCADNews The starting point was this printables.com/model/309665-… Then I modified one gear and one envelop to be compatible with the bricks

Second prototype using the bigger wheels that are bundled with the DC motors. The front wheels were changed and the vehicle is configured as a tricycle.
The #esp32 has been programmed using Pictoblox and is controlled using Dabble app.
First vehicle prototype. There are still some problems to solve.

One motor is not working probably due to a wrong connection
With only one motor working, the car barely moves
I'm not sure but I think that the current design won't be able to turn

Making an enclosure for a servo and adding another blocks structure to hold an hc-sr04 sensor. Now it's time to think how to attach two dc motors :)

I'm desining a PCB for a low cost rover robot kit. The idea ia to use it with an ESP32, and program it using Arduino through PlatformIO or even Arduinoblocks since it offers programming identical to Scratch, which is great for young ones to experiment.
