There are inquisitive nerds with deep expertise and strong opinions everywhere, not just in tech.
The reality is these folks often operate in rigorous spaces with tangible consequences. In comparison, we're grunting apes that throw poop at each other.

As I sit on a plane headed home after a week of travel, my thoughts keep coming back to the Paradox of Tolerance.
Absolutely and way beyond just holding down the fort (with three young children) while I'm attending conferences.
@lattesnmomwords is just as much responsible for my career success, if not more so, than all the hard work and networking I've done personally.
She loves me when I have trouble loving myself.
She reminds me of my value when I feel worthless.
She brings me down to earth when my head gets lost in the clouds.
She finds beauty in me that I don't see in myself.

And it still hurts too much for me.
I couldn’t.
Had to prioritize my comfort and do something else very different, sorry to everyone asking about me there.
As someone who has worked on open source across multiple companies, it's frustrating to see a company get recognized in public for work done by entire teams that were laid off because they were not considered valuable enough #iykyk
Let's show the power of community and help honor Nóva's legacy but show the same kindness and generosity that she would
