Apple terminated the developer account behind Nova Wallet, our only app, citing Section 3.2(f).
A year of work. An entire community. A livelihood I was building my future around.
I’ve since learned how many other developers have faced similar terminations. A source who worked at app review & is familiar with process tells me this clause is routinely used to close developer accounts & usually is thrown by the same internal employee.
We dispute the decision. We’ve asked for the specific conduct behind it so we can respond.
Even the reporting process Apple directed us to keeps sending us in circles. I have it recorded.
I’m 26. I love what I build. But the uncertainty of losing everything I’ve worked toward has taken a real toll on my mental health.
And I know I’m not the only developer feeling this.
@johnternus @Apple @AppStore, please remember the people behind these accounts, we aren’t all robots. We have families, we have dreams, and ambition to build in today’s age.
Give developers clear explanations, working appeals and a fair chance to be heard. When mistakes happen, give us a reliable way to correct them.
Let developers continue serving their communities through independent distribution. Give them a future that doesn’t depend entirely on one store’s decision.
To everyone who has supported us, please repost this. Not just for Nova, but for every developer who deserves to be heard.
You can remove an app from a store. But you should never forget there’s a human being on the other side of that decision.

It’s not that supercomputer data centers are not in high demand, as they definitely are. However, getting money to build complex hardware systems with massive power, cooling & networking is not the same as doing it.
SpaceX has a super cracked team that is outperforming the rest of the world by an order of magnitude in mass to orbit and even we find it very difficult!
After @Apple terminated Nova, I took some time to really think about everything. And I’ve made my decision. I’m going to fight for Nova.
I love what I do. And if I have to fight for the right to keep building what I love, so be it.
If you thought I was in the trenches for a bag, you never understood why I started.
Some battles require more than conviction. They require experience from people who know how the system works from the inside.
And I’m not fighting just for Nova. I’m fighting for every builder who believes crypto deserves a future beyond the permission of a single platform.
We’re far from finished.

tbh i’m investing in the people behind the coin more than i’m investing in the coin itself. i specifically pay close attention to work ethic, judgment, experience and follow through.
a product can always be improved but work ethic is a mindset and harder to change. u have to actually WANT to put in the work and WANT to win.
i wanna back the ppl who have been here for a while, who know the ins and outs and have proven themselves already. ppl i trust to stick with what they started instead of abandoning it and pivoting to something new.
i’m also investing in the community. i wanna see hungry bagworkers putting in work and pushing the coin every single day so it’s not all on one person’s shoulders.
once i find all of that in one place, that’s when i’m willing to put my money into it and my effort behind pushing it.
and if you’ve been paying attention u already know exactly which coins i’m talking about here.

Your wallet knows what you own.
It should help you understand it, too.
Your wallet, just smarter.
